M. DuBois called the meeting to order at 2:22 p.m.

• Mary Lutkenhaus facilitated review of SPIL Macro Model.
• RFP/Timeline discussion
• Need to review and approve reports report to DSU to get funds to CILs in timely manner.
• Jessica Rouse facilitated Quarterly Report Review. Discussed renewal/modification process
• Discussion regarding CILs not submitting reports/late reports, which is addressed in current contract.

Mathena made motion that reports be recommended to the DSU for approval to release quarterly payment
Liddle second.

Motion passed with majority of members who voted..
