Chair Small called the meeting to order.

• Mary Lutkenhaus facilitated review of SPIL Macro Model.

Dixon made motion to recommend Activities 1-11 to full Council.
Shackleford second.
Motion passed.

• Approval of Draft SILC History document tabled until July business meeting. Chair designations to be added to document.
• Discussion regarding RSA’s clarification regarding Ex-Officion 2 consecutive appointment terms. Staff Kriner will follow up.

Mathena made motion to approve January 2008 Operations Committee minutes with ammendments
Shackleford second.
Motion passed.
