In the absence of Ellen Shackelford, Marcia DuBois called the meeting to order at 10:06
Dixon made motion to approve Susan Prokop’s teleconference site under emergency regulations, to comply with FOIA.
Mathena, second.
Approved by vote/ Motion passed.

Alexandra Dixon recognized as Goal I committee member.

Logic Model

Inputs/Outputs not approved at April Quarterly Meeting discussed, regarding clarifying vague language, including long term goals in measurables, and other specific changes requested by Council members.
Dixon made motion to approve all Logic Model Outcome additions and corrections for Goal I of the SPIL, to recommend to full Council.

Staff Kriner will follow with Chair Shackelford to present at October meeting.
Dixon made to approve April committee meeting minutes as amended.
