In the absence of Steve Johnson, Sarah Liddle called the meeting to order at 4:34pm.

The Operations Committee continues working on plans for the development of the upcoming SPIL.
DuBois made a Motion to approve 12-05-08 Operations Sub-committee Minutes .

After a discussion of each topic, three (3) motions were passed and will be presented to the full Council:
• Prokop made Motion for SILC staff to list all committee members on each committee agenda to help ensure accuracy of attendance.

• Barrett made Motion requesting that each SILC committee submit an annual status report to the Operations Committee to help monitor SPIL progress. Operations Committee to compile and post status report on SILC website.

• Mathena made Motion to Approve data collection plan and strategy timeline for the 2012-2015 State Plan.
