Meeting called to Order by Jack Brandt at 2:15 p.m.

DuBois made a motion to approve the minutes as presented
Mathena seconded the motion.
Approved by voice vote.
Motion passed.

Staff Kriner gave an update from Department of Housing and Community Development in their process for ADA Certification.

Kriner, Brandt, and Ward-Solomon gave an overview of Scott Cooper’s It’s Our Story interviews in March at a cost of $1,700 and his proposal for Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) and their involvement which will cost an additional $2,500.
Preda made a motion to formally approve a total of $4,200 ($1,700 already expended in March and $2,500 for YLF project in July) for the It’s Our Story project.
Marcia seconded the motion.
Approved by voice vote.
Motion passed.

Website Proposal:
Kriner and Brandt gave an overview of Scott Cooper’s proposal for stimulus funding.After discussion, the proposal was referred to the Executive Committee.
