Chair DuBois called the meeting to order at 5:41 p.m.

Committee did not have a quorum to vote on approval of the April 2009 Executive Committee minutes.


Budget Updates:
Eleanor Williams distributed copies of the quarterly financial report draft budget worksheet for the Executive Committee’s consideration.

There was discussion on both no funding recommendations were made at this time.

Staffing:
Mary-Margaret explained that interview for the SILC staff position would be held on July 29. The DSU will let the SILC know when a candidate has been selected and an offer taken.

Discussion of the microphone system tabled.

Mary- Margaret briefed the Council on State Senator Puller’s message to agencies regarding the Disability Commission.
